Since 2013, my company has certified coaches in over 30 countries to bring life coaching and mindset skills training to kids.

When I discovered personal development right out of college, I asked myself, why didn’t I learn this when I was a kid? I didn’t understand why the personal development (self-help) industry and life coaching industry focused on grownups when the core thoughts and beliefs that shape who we are, are form when we are very young. I wanted to teach these skills to my children when they were young and that’s how I started Adventures in Wisdom.
