Mr. Jun Konno from Yokohama Japan created Ai Chi. It is intended to allow us to relax, gain stability and balance, decrease pain, coordinate breathing, and gain confidence.

When Mr. Konno showed me Ai Chi at the Aquatic Exercise Association’s International Aquatic Fitness Conference, I realized that it was an excellent program. We have both used it in different settings in our different countries and are happy to share it with you.
