Student pieces are composed quickly in this workbook using note letters with pre-determined rhythms (see page detail). Each learning template has a specifically designed exercise that provides an understanding of the basic music theory and notation needed to transcribe the pieces to the separate CREATE AND LEARN PIANO MUSIC BOOK.

The PRIMER and MUSIC BOOK should be purchased together, and used together as a pair.

The TRANSCRIPTION BOOK has a place above the staff section for each piece where the student can include an illustration!

The transcription portion of the process can be accomplished with the assistance of the piano teacher, or can be
a lovely shared activity for parent and child!
